Clement Driscoll, principal of C.J. Driscoll & Associates, is a recognized expert in the marketing of products and services integrating radiolocation and mobile communications. C.J. Driscoll & Associates has provided marketing consulting services in Telematics, vehicle navigation and related fields since, 1993 for a wide range of clients including cellular carriers, GPS equipment suppliers, motor clubs, Telematics response centers, and content providers.
Mr. Driscoll is also a senior partner in Driscoll-Wolfe Marketing & Research Consulting, which conducts primary marketing research in wireless communications, with emphasis on location-based products and services. Driscoll-Wolfe has been active since, 1994 and has conducted private marketing research studies on topics including consumer interest in vehicle navigation, Telematics and wireless Internet services and interest of fleet operators in tracking and other fleet management systems. Driscoll-Wolfe has also conducted four multi-client studies on consumer interest in location and other enhanced wireless services, which have been sponsored by industry leading companies such as AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Motorola, Intel, and others.
Clem Driscoll has over 20 years of experience in senior marketing positions in the fields of vehicle location, navigation and mobile communications with companies such as PacTel Teletrac and Magnavox. He directed the marketing of Teletrac's fleet vehicle location service and, previously, had marketing responsibility for Magnavox's line of GPS navigation and satellite communication products. In 1995-96, Mr. Driscoll served as industry consultant to the In-Vehicle Assistance Network Committee of the Automobile Association of America, which was responsible for developing strategies to offer location-based products and services to AAA members. He has consulted to leading vehicle navigation suppliers on product design and market assessment. Mr. Driscoll has conducted due diligence assessments of target acquisitions for Fortune 100 companies. He has written articles on vehicle location and related subjects for publications including GPS World, Radio Communications Report (RCR), Auto Rental News and 9-1-1 Magazine. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory board of GPS World magazine and is often quoted in leading wireless, GPS and general business publications.
